The Coffee Fix

Everybody loves coffee. From the day Juan Valdez planted the very first coffee bean, to the present incarnation of corporate factory coffee, the world has been in love. There is nothing like the feeling of the thick black liquid flowing in your blood, focusing your mind like a laser beam, and releasing your primal urge to talk really fast. All of human civilization has been leading up to this point; the ability to harness the inner power of the coffee bean for the good of mankind.

The Mona Latte

I came across a cool website with a collection of coffee art. Here is the Mona Latte, one of my favorites. It finally makes sense why she is smiling; I don't know why Da Vinci left out the coffee cup, it really ties the picture together. I think you can buy this in print or magnet form in their store.

Dunkin' Donuts coffee

So, recently Dunkin' Donuts started selling their coffee in supermarkets. It's nice, because there are no Dunkin' Donuts where I live but now I can drink their coffee, which is pretty good. It also reminded me of a funny story that came out a while ago about a man named Dustin Hoffman (not the actor), a Dunkin' Donuts employee who fought off a robber with a coffee mug. Here's the news video, it's funny:

So yeah, don't mess with Dustin Hoffman or Dunkin' Donuts.
